Is there a deposit to secure a booking?
Yes, we require a percentage of the booking (usually about $100) to secure a booking in advance.
What are the payment options?
We now accept payment by Pay Pal, so credit cards, etc are ok. Otherwise we need a cashier's check mailed to our current residence (you will get the address by phone or email.)
How far is the property from NYC?
When I drive it takes about 3 hours 15 minutes from Manhattan to front door of the Cottage.
Where is the garbage kept?
If you are looking outside the house from the front door you will see a blue metal cointainer, the trash is in the shed behind that container in the red building. Just move the nail and open the door.
